Policies & Terms
At Home Run Tournaments, our goal is to release tournament schedules as early as possible. This helps coaches, parents and players plan for the day of the event. Once all payments are received, the schedule will be published.
Tournament Cancellation Policy
Our refund policy depends on when a team withdraws and when our schedule is published. If a team withdraws:

More than 30 days before the event AND the schedule has not been released, they will get 100% refund.

More than 30 days before the event AND the schedule has been released, they will not get a refund, unless replaced by a paying team.

Within 30 days of the event (regardless of schedule publication), they will not get a refund, unless replaced by a paying team.
Weather Cancellation Policy
Refunds for events cancelled by Home Run Tournaments for any reason (weather, etc.) are based on number of completed games. If an event is cancelled and a team has completed:

0 games, they will get 100% refund.

1 game, they will get a 50% refund.
-
2 or more games, they will not get a refund.
A completed game is a game in which 3 full innings have been completed.
Photograph & Social Media Policy
Home Run Tournaments is committed to capturing and celebrating the excitement of our events through photography and videography. By registering for any event hosted by us, participants, coaches, and attendees agree to the terms located in our Photograph & Social Media terms:

Home Run Tournaments, LLC ("the Company") is committed to capturing and celebrating the excitement of our events through photography and videography. By registering for any event hosted by Home Run Tournaments, LLC, participants, coaches, and attendees ("Participants") agree to the following terms regarding the use of photos and videos:

Consent to Use

By registering for and/or participating in any event organized by Home Run Tournaments, LLC, Participants grant the Company the irrevocable right and permission to capture, use, reproduce, and distribute photographs and video recordings taken during the event for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media platforms, websites, brochures, and other marketing materials.

Scope of Usage

The content may include images or videos of individual participants, teams, gameplay, audience members, and event activities.

The Company reserves the right to edit or modify the content for use in various marketing formats without further notice or consent.

No Compensation

Participants understand that no compensation or royalties will be provided for the use of photos or videos in any form of advertising or marketing by the Company.

Ownership of Content

All photos and videos taken during events hosted by the Company are the sole property of Home Run Tournaments, LLC. Participants may request copies of specific media for personal use, subject to the Company’s discretion.

Opt-Out Option

If a Participant wishes to opt out of having their image or video captured, they must submit a written request to the Company prior to the event. The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee complete exclusion in group or public settings.

Social Media Usage

Participants are encouraged to share their own photos and experiences from events, tagging the Company’s official social media accounts where appropriate.

The Company reserves the right to repost Participant-generated content on its social media channels with proper attribution.

By completing the registration process for any Home Run Tournaments, LLC event, all Participants acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this Photo and Social Media Policy.
